Smart Growth Greater Madison is the advocacy organization for Dane County Real Estate Developers. Founded in 2003 by a group of local real estate developers as an entity to represent the voice of the real estate developer community, Smart Growth has grown to include a wide range of commercial and residential developers, and has added associate members including property managers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, construction managers, engineers, consulting firms, accounting firms, law firms, title companies and insurance brokers.
